Mrs. Smith's English Page

Hello!  My name is Andrea Smith and I am in my 15th year of teaching.  This is my 11th year teaching at CCMS and my 8th year teaching English.  I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of St. Francis.  I later went on to get my Special Education endorsement through Governors State University.  In 2017, I obtained my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Olivet Nazarene University.  Currently, I am working toward my second Masters as a Reading Specialist.
My husband and I reside in Coal City and have three children, Paityn, Keegan, and Ava.  When I am not here at school, I enjoy reading, running, working out, and spoiling my two dogs.
