The Coal City School District will be offering FREE Sports Physicals for student-athletes entering grades 7-8 and 10-12. No appointment necessary, all athletes who attend will receive a physical. Students entering grades 6 and 9 must have a full school physical in order to register. Parents need to fill out and sign the IHSA/IESA Pre Participation form that is included in this announcement and send it with their child at the time of the physical.
Physicals will take place on Tuesday, June 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Coal City High School. Students should enter through the administration entrance on the north side of the building.
